Balancing school, acting, and personal life is no easy feat, but she does it all with grace and determination. In this candid conversation, she opens up about her journey, challenges, inspirations, and what’s next on her horizon.

Celebd: How did your journey in the entertainment industry begin? Did you always know you wanted to act?

Khushi Bhardwaj: My journey in the entertainment industry began with a simple, almost accidental step. I was always a bit of a performer—singing and dancing around the house—but I never thought I’d actually pursue it professionally. It was during a school play that I realized how much I loved being on stage. The feeling of the spotlight, the energy of the audience, and the joy of bringing a character to life—it was all so exhilarating.

Celebd: Can you recall your very first audition or acting experience? What was it like?

Khushi Bhardwaj: My first audition was for a short film called Mauun. It was a challenging experience for an 8-year-old, but I learned a lot from it. The movie even competed for an Oscar! It was a great experience and a strong start to my journey.

Celebd: You’ve worked on some incredible projects like Baalveer Returns and Tiku Weds Sheru. Which role has been the most special to you and why?

Khushi Bhardwaj: Both Baalveer Returns and Tiku Weds Sheru are special to me! Baalveer Returns gave me a chance to connect with so many kids and make them happy. Tiku Weds Sheru was a big challenge, but it helped me grow as an actress and show everyone what I can do. I’m grateful for both experiences!

Celebd: What has been the biggest challenge you’ve faced in your career so far, and how did you overcome it?

Khushi Bhardwaj: The biggest challenge I’ve faced in my career so far has been balancing my studies with my acting career. It’s tough to manage both, but I’ve learned to prioritize and stay organized. I make sure to schedule my time carefully, and I always try to stay on top of my schoolwork. I’ve also found that having a supportive family and friends makes a big difference—they help me stay motivated.

Celebd: Who has been your biggest inspiration or mentor in this industry?

Khushi Bhardwaj: Alia Bhatt is a powerhouse of talent and has been a big inspiration to me. Her dedication to her craft and her ability to portray such a wide range of characters is truly amazing. I admire her work ethic and commitment to excellence.

Celebd: You’re growing into a true Gen Z icon. What fuels your ambition every day?
Khushi Bhardwaj: I’m so grateful for the support I’ve received from my fans—it means the world to me. I’m always striving to do better and to push myself creatively. My ambition comes from a desire to tell stories that matter and to connect with people on a deeper level. I want to use my platform to make a positive impact on the world.

Celebd: If you could play any dream role—past or future—what would it be?Khushi Bhardwaj: I’d love to play a character like Andie in How to Lose a Guy in 10 Days. Those lighthearted rom-coms are my favorite! The mix of comedy and romance, plus Andie’s independent and confident personality, makes it a perfect role. I think it would be a blast to bring that kind of energy to life on screen!

Celebd: Looking back at your career so far, what’s one moment that made you think, “I’ve made it”?Khushi Bhardwaj: The Tiku Weds Sheru trailer launch was a true “I made it” moment. Stepping onto that stage, with cameras flashing and people cheering, was amazing! It was a feeling of accomplishment—seeing my dreams come true. It’s a moment I’ll always cherish.

Celebd: What advice would you give to young aspiring actors who want to follow in your footsteps?Khushi Bhardwaj: Being an actor is amazing, but it’s tough. You have to work hard, take classes, audition a lot, and face rejection. But if you’re passionate about it, it’s worth it. Be yourself, find your unique voice, and never stop learning. Don’t give up, and remember—you’re not alone in this journey. You can do it!

Celebd: How do you balance work, school, and personal life?

Khushi Bhardwaj: Balancing school, acting, and having a normal life is tough. Some days I’m on set for hours, learning lines, and other days I’m in school, trying to keep up. I have to be super organized and stay on top of my homework. I miss out on some things, but it’s worth it because I love acting! My tutor helps me with schoolwork, and my parents are always supportive.

Celebd: When you’re not working, how do you like to unwind and recharge?

Khushi Bhardwaj: When I’m not working, I love to unwind and recharge by doing things that make me happy. I spend time with my friends and family, play video games, watch movies, and read. Sometimes, I just need a quiet night at home to relax. I’ve found that taking time for myself helps me be my best when I’m on set.

Celebd: Do you have any daily habits or routines that keep you focused and motivated?

Khushi Bhardwaj: Honestly, I’m still figuring out the whole “routine” thing. Some days I’m super productive, and other days I just want to stay in my PJs all day. But I do try to start my day with a quick workout—it helps me feel more energized and ready to take on whatever comes my way. I also make sure to take a break from my phone and social media for at least an hour each day. It’s important to disconnect and recharge.

Celebd: How has your style evolved over the years?

Khushi Bhardwaj: My style has evolved so much! I’ve been taking inspiration from Pinterest and my favorite fashion influencers, and I’m really happy with how it’s all coming together. It’s so cool to try new things and find what really works for me.

Celebd: Do you prefer comfort or high fashion when you’re off-duty?

Khushi Bhardwaj: When I’m off-duty, I definitely prefer comfort! There’s just something about being cozy and relaxed that feels right. High fashion is amazing, but for my downtime, I love to wear comfy clothes that still look good. What about you?

Celebd: What’s one fashion trend you love and one you think should disappear forever?

Khushi Bhardwaj: I love the resurgence of ’90s fashion! It’s so fun to see baggy jeans, crop tops, and platform shoes making a comeback. As for a trend that should disappear forever, I’m not a huge fan of the “skinny jeans on everyone” trend. There are so many other flattering styles that are more comfortable and versatile.

Celebd: What’s your go-to skincare routine to maintain healthy, glowing skin?

Khushi Bhardwaj: I wash my face twice a day, use a good moisturizer, and always wear sunscreen!
